InstaMetric is an SEO analytics platform that provides tools for keyword research, SERP tracking, competitor analysis, backlink analysis, parasite SEO detection, and AI-powered content generation. The Service operates on a credit-based system where users purchase credits to access various features.

3. Account Registration

To use our Service, you must:

  • Create an account with accurate and complete information
  • Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Credit System

Our Service uses a pay-as-you-go credit system:

  • Credits are purchased in packages and never expire
  • Each operation (keyword research, SERP check, article generation, etc.) consumes credits
  • Credit costs vary by operation type and are displayed before use
  • Credits are non-transferable between accounts

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
  • Use the Service to generate spam or malicious content

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by InstaMetric and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Content you generate using our AI tools is yours to use, but you grant us a license to use it for improving our services.

7. Third-Party Services

Our Service integrates with third-party APIs and services (DataForSEO, OpenAI, PayPal). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of third-party data.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Results obtained will be accurate or reliable
  • The Service will meet your specific requirements

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InstaMetric shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the new Terms on our website. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
