Refund Policy

Summary: We offer refunds for unused credits within 14 days of purchase. Once credits are used, they cannot be refunded.

1. Credit Purchases

InstaMetric operates on a credit-based system. When you purchase credits, you are buying access to use our SEO analytics and content generation tools. Credits are added to your account immediately upon successful payment.

2. Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • Unused Credits: You have not used any credits from your purchase
  • Within 14 Days: Your refund request is made within 14 days of the original purchase date
  • First Purchase: This is your first refund request (one refund per customer)

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Credits have been partially or fully used
  • More than 14 days have passed since purchase
  • Account has been terminated for Terms of Service violations
  • Multiple refund requests from the same user
  • Fraudulent or abusive refund requests

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  • Email us at support@instamonitor.com with subject line "Refund Request"
  • Include your account email and PayPal transaction ID
  • Provide a brief reason for the refund request

We will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed as follows:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method (PayPal)
  • Processing time is typically 5-10 business days
  • Credits will be removed from your account upon refund approval
  • You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed

6. Partial Refunds

We do not offer partial refunds for partially used credit packages. If you have used any credits from a package, the remaining credits cannot be refunded. We encourage you to start with our Starter package if you want to test the service before making a larger purchase.

7. Technical Issues

If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using our service:

  • Contact our support team first to resolve the issue
  • We may issue credit compensation for service outages
  • Refunds for technical issues are evaluated on a case-by-case basis

8. Credit Expiration

Credits purchased on InstaMetric never expire. You can use them at any time, which is why we have a limited refund window. Once the 14-day refund period has passed, your credits remain available for use indefinitely.

9. Disputes

If you file a dispute or chargeback with PayPal without first contacting us for a refund, your account may be suspended pending investigation. We encourage you to reach out to our support team to resolve any issues before initiating a dispute.
